1Definitions & Scope of Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, "DrJudi", "we", "our platform", or "this website" refers to the online betting platform operating under the domain drjudi.bet. "You", "user", or "member" refers to any individual who registers, uses, or accesses any part of the DrJudi platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and DrJudi as the platform operator. This agreement takes effect from the date you register an account or first access the DrJudi platform, whichever is earlier.

The DrJudi platform provides sports betting services — including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton, ICC cricket, and esports — as well as online casino services such as live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and Texas Hold'em poker, subject to the terms set out in this document.

2Registration & Account Management

To use DrJudi's services, you are required to register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Details required during registration include your full legal name, a valid Malaysian mobile number, an active email address, and your date of birth for age verification.

The eligibility requirements for opening a DrJudi account are as follows:

• You must be 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• You must be an individual — companies, corporations, or business entities are not permitted to register an account.
• Only one (1) account permitted per individual, IP address, or household.
• You are not on any list of persons prohibited from using DrJudi's services by court order or legal restriction.

You are fully responsible for the security of your drjudi login credentials. Never share your password or OTP with anyone — including drjudi support staff, who will never request such information through any channel.

3Deposit & Payment Methods

DrJudi accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only, via the approved Malaysian payment methods listed below. No foreign payment methods are accepted. All deposits are subject to minimum limits and the required verification process.

DrJudi reserves the right to decline or place on hold any deposit suspected of non-compliance with our anti-money laundering policy. In such cases, proof of source of funds may be required before the deposit is approved.

4Withdrawal of Winnings

DrJudi members may withdraw their winnings at any time, subject to the following withdrawal conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM50,000 for standard accounts. Higher limits may apply to DrJudi VIP accounts.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet that under the same member name under the DrJudi account name.
• Your first withdrawal from a new account may require additional identity verification.
• Any bonus that has not met the rollover requirement cannot be withdrawn — only net winnings are eligible.

DrJudi processes withdrawals within 5 to 15 minutes for standard amounts to a Touch 'n Go eWallet or DuitNow account. Withdrawals via FPX may take between 30 minutes and 1 business day depending on the bank. DrJudi is not responsible for delays caused by banks or e-wallet providers.

5Bonuses, Promotions & Rollover Requirements

DrJudi offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and special promotions for specific sports such as Malaysia Super League football, BWF badminton, and ICC cricket. All bonuses are subject to the following specific terms:

• Rollover: Every bonus received must be "rolled over" the number of times specified in the relevant promotion's terms before any withdrawal is permitted. Standard rollover requirements range from 5x to 15x depending on the bonus type.
• Validity period: Bonuses must be used within the specified period. Expired bonuses will be forfeited automatically and cannot be recovered.
• Eligibility: Each promotion may have different eligibility requirements — such as a specific minimum deposit or qualifying bet types.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus is allowed at a time on your drjudi account.

6Sports Betting & Casino Rules

All bets on the DrJudi platform are subject to the following general rules, which apply across all sports and casino game categories:

• Bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the DrJudi system are final and may not be changed or cancelled, except under exceptional circumstances as determined by DrJudi.
• If a bet is accepted in error due to a technical fault or incorrect odds, DrJudi reserves the right to void the bet and refund the stake to your account.
• For in-play betting, outcomes are determined based on official scores and statistics provided by the match organiser. In the event of any discrepancy, DrJudi's records shall be final.
• Bets placed after a match or event has started (for pre-match markets) will be automatically voided.
• The minimum bet amount for each market is RM2 with the maximum depending on the selected category and market.

For Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton, ICC cricket, and other sports betting, the specific rules for each sport are displayed in the relevant sections of the DrJudi platform. Please refer to those specific rules before placing any bets.

7Prohibited Activities & Conduct

The following uses of the DrJudi platform are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to defraud or manipulate the outcome of matches, games, or DrJudi's payment processes.
• Money Laundering: Using the DrJudi platform to process funds from illegal sources or for money laundering purposes.
• Use of Bots & Automated Software: Using computer programs, bots, scripts, or automated software to interact with the DrJudi platform in order to gain an unfair advantage.
• Multiple Accounts: Opening more than one account to circumvent betting limits, claim multiple bonuses, or for any other fraudulent purpose.
• Sharing Login Credentials: Allowing others to use your DrJudi account, or selling, transferring, or lending your account to any third party.
• Technical Disruptions: Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the operation of DrJudi's systems.

8Account Closure & Suspension

A drjudi account may be closed or suspended for various reasons, either by you or by DrJudi:

By you (voluntary closure): You may request the closure of your DrJudi account at any time by contacting our customer support. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned via the same payment method used for your last deposit, once identity verification is complete.

By DrJudi (forced closure): DrJudi reserves the right to close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any condition set out in these Terms & Conditions.
• Inaccurate or false registration information.
• Activity suspected to involve fraud, money laundering, or promotion abuse.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no transactions.
• Requests from legitimate legal authorities.

9Liability Limits & Disclaimer

DrJudi strives to provide a stable, secure, and reliable platform. However, we cannot guarantee the platform will be free from technical disruptions at all times. DrJudi's limitations of liability are as follows:

• DrJudi is not liable for any lost bets or missed opportunities resulting from technical disruptions, connectivity issues on the user's end, or scheduled system maintenance.
• In cases where the outcome of a bet is uncertain due to a technical error, DrJudi reserves the right to void the bet and refund the original stake.
• DrJudi is not liable for any personal financial decisions made based on information or odds displayed on the platform.
• DrJudi's total liability to any member shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that member's DrJudi account at the time the incident occurred.

10Privacy Policy & Data Protection

DrJudi takes your privacy seriously. Personal information you provide during registration and platform use is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with DrJudi Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

In summary, DrJudi:

• Using your data solely for the purposes of platform operations, identity verification, fraud prevention, and service-related communications.
• Does not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
• Data is stored using 256-bit SSL encryption and industry-standard security infrastructure.
• May disclose information to relevant authorities if required under Malaysian law.

11Responsible Gaming

DrJudi is committed to responsible gaming. We believe betting should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a financial burden or a source of social harm. To that end, DrJudi provides the following tools for all members:

• Deposit Limit: Set your daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings.
• Betting Limits: Set a maximum limit on the amount you can wager per match or per day.
• Temporary Account Pause: Temporarily suspend your account activity for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days if needed.
